A few discrepancies noticed in the latter part of the passage. R.A. Pickens did not die under "suspicious circumstances". At age 76, the two pack/day smoker dying of heart failure after multiple heart attacks is hardly suspicious. Since none of his children were present at the time of his death, in spite of the fact that one lived next door, I suspect greed was truly the motivation behind such absurd accusations. Andrew Pickens is in fact involved in the management of the farm and also lives on the farm. Readers might be interested in knowing that Freddie Black is an overall manager for the farm. The two other farm managers mentioned report to Freddie Black. Andrew Pickens leases his portion of the farm to Corporation, which is overseen by the aforementioned farm managers. It is also interesting how the fact that the dispute between the three Pickens children and the Freddie Black family was settled by the Arkansas State Supreme Court. As a matter of public record, please look up the case and take note of the fact that the three siblings included their own children, R.A.'s widow, and her 3 children in their lawsuit to contest the will. To my knowledge, only one of Andrew Pickens' sons is employed by the farm. This is the internet, and anything can be posted here. Due diligence is necessary when family matters and specific individuals are mentioned in a way to appear guilty. Notify Administrator about this message?
