I have an ancestor Bridget Kane (or Kean) born Galway 1832 who married in Victoria Australia in 1862. The Victorian marriage records show her as Bridget Picker widowed in 1853 with one child. She may have done as her elder brother did and emigrated to the USA before coming to Australia .
Can anyone help?
