I do not have information on your request, however, I have been trying to track down someone who lives in Alabama who has or had in their pocession a diary that belonged to a Uriah Pickle and was written by his brother David who died in the battle of Gettysburg. Their father was Adam Pickle of Phoenixville. The family originated in Lancaster County. An S. Fowler posted a message in 1998 and wanted info on the family. I have info however, the individual has not responded. I'm left to assume they no longer have the same email address or something. Meanwhile, the neice S. Fowler referred to lived in Alabama. If you learn of any connection let me know. Or-r-r-r, if you think you have any connections with the Pickel's of Lancaster, PA I would be glad to compare notes.
