Hi Phil,
Do you have more information detailing Lewis and Catherine (Pickle) Hedges immediate family? Did Lewis marry again after the death of Catherine, and was all children you have listed, born to Catherine? We are descended from Mary Ann Hedges- b. 19 Dec., 1815 Fairfield Co., OH, sister to Lewis A. Hedges- b. 14 March, 1819 Fairfield Co., OH, and children of Caleb Jr., and Mary "Polly" Clellan Creager. I have that Catherine's full name was Mary Catherine Pickle. I do not know anything about her Pickle ancesters, though. I have her birth date as 27 Dec., 1824 but don't know if this is accurate. Also I have that Lewis had a second marriage- 26 Sept.,1862 Union Co., OH., to a Mary Durst or Dirst. This may be a confusion with a different Lewis, but am not sure.
