Hi George,

The names you are researching ,though familiar to me, are not in my database.
However, the John Pickle you have information on, I have.
I have him as John Church Pickle b. March 17, 1809.
My notes show him having married a Marcia Marilla Harrington. 2 children Elsie & Jay Theadore Pickel b.1842.
I have some info on Jays line if interested.

I also have a Joseph Harrington b.July 17, 1804 m. a Sarah Pickle b. 1819. m. 1832 Ont.

John b. 1809 was the son of Peter. Peter was the brother of Christopher, both sons of Loyalist john b. abt 1738, alongside my Jacob Pickle b. 1757.
Peter b.1782 m. Amy Church b. 1786. 10 children including John C. Pickle.
Peter came from Caldwell's manor, then settled in Dunham in 1804. He lived on several lots until finally settling on a lot later owned by his son, Abraham. He had 10 children.

Have you somehow linked this John Pickle to the Stone Arabia Pickles?
It has always been my belief that there is a link, that my loyalist John Pickle was from the Stone Arabia clan.
I have been hard at work trying to establish a connection.......any info on my loyalist John's ancestry.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Eric
