A MISS PICKLE MARRIED LEONARD GEIST. HE CAME FROM GERMANY WITH HIS FAMILY IN 1750. HE AND HIS BROTHER WERE APPRENTICED OR INDENTURED TO MATTIAS SLAYMAKER. WHEN LEONARD MARRIED, HE AND MISS PICKLE WENT WEST TO PITTSBURGH.

DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR TO ANYONE? THEY MAY BE ANCESTORS OF MY GR-GR-GRANDMOTHER, ESTHER (HESTER, HETTY, HETZIE)GEIST. SHE WAS BORN IN WESTERN PA. AND MARRIED JOSEPH CLAYPOOLE HIMMEGER. SHE HAD A SISTER MARY(POLLY) WHO MARRIED JAMES KERR.

THANKS TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP.
