Pickle Family Georgia, orphan children 1850s
Posted by: Edward J. Lanham (ID *****3434) Date: February 21, 2011 at 16:50:13

I am searching for the parents of Nancy J abt 1849, Joel abt. 1847, Sarah abt. 1846, and William abt. 1848.
Nancy and Joel were living with the Isler Family, Wilkinson Co., GA in 1860 census. Joel was also being listed as living with the Fordham Family.
Sarah and William were living with the Landham (really LANHAM) Family in the 1850 census of Greene Co. GA.
In 1870 William was using the name of Lanham.
I am not sure that Nancy and Joel are related to Sarah and William, but it is odd that their ages are close, all are without parents, and Greene and Wilkinson counties are in the same area of GA.
