Pickle (or Pickel) family lineage
Posted by: Jim Walton (ID *****7943) Date: January 15, 2012 at 11:23:47

I'm seeking information, photos and documents about my family. In what I've found, I've seen the family name spelled Pickle AND Pickel. Here is what I have, so far, beginning with me:

Jim Walton (me)< Alice Walton (Pickle) < Leo Pickle (of Bernadotte, IL) < Henry F. (Frank) Pickle < Wesley Pickle (Ohio).

I have most of the information about spouses and some of the children, but everything is still quite sketchy. I do know than my mother (Alice Walton (Pickle) and Grandparents (Leo Pickle and Dorothy Gell Pickle (Smith?)) and buried in Macomb, IL. I believe my grandmother (Dorothy Glee Pickle (Smith?) had connections to Ipava, IL.

By the way, my dad was Charles (Bud) Walton of Macomb, IL.

Can anyone provide more info such as documents or photos.

Thanks very much.
