I have no idea what happened to our Bessie Pickley after 1900, so it could be her. She would have been 21 in 1910, and I haven't had a chance to look for her in 1910 yet. I proably won't be able to find her in 1910 anyway, as people were almost always married by that age.

Our Bessie would have been sixteen in 1905, so it could be her. And that husband's namer, Soren Thoresen is encouraging because there were so many Norwegeans in Iowa. They could have moved to New York I guess. Can you find your Soren and Bessie in the 1910 or 1920 census in New York? She was born in abt. 1889 in Wisconsin, with mother born in Canada and father born in Ireland. There aren't that many Pickleys out there, let alone any named Bessie born about 1889 in Wisconsin, with a mother born in Canada. MOST Pickleys at that time had a father born in Ireland though, so don't go by that part though.

Let me know what you find, and I'll save this and let you know if I find anything.
