Thanks for your fine question. The autopsy examination would actually provide LESS information about his condition, called acromegaly, then the images of his face, body and hands and the manner in which those images changed over the years. What WOULD be really helpful is to obtain even more photographs PLUS some discussion of complaints he probably had over the years while he suffered with this condition. This is the largest gap in our research - it would be so very helpful if we could find reference to things like headache, seeing double, excess sweating, thirst and urination etc that ALWAYS exist in a person with this type of tumor. Please write back if you know of any other photos or, any medical complaints he had from any source. Best wishes,
