I am a medal collector and have a medal in my collection awarded to Lance corporal C.Pidcock. He died on 21st November 1918 and is remembered with honour in Alfreton Lea Brooks cemetery. Lance Corporal Pidcock was the son of Charles Pidcock of Leabrooks, Alfreton. As part of my hobby is to gather as much information and background to the family of the soldiers who`s medals I collect I would be very grateful if anyone from the Pidcock fraternity could furnish me with any information concerning this soldier who gave his life during the Great War of 1914-18. Regards and thankyou. Joseph J.Mitchell. South Yorkshire. England.
