Charles Crane is selling property in Kegworth, Leicestershire, to Edwin Pidcock for 480. It consists of a dwellinghouse with grocers shop, bakehouse, stable and yard on the South side of the Market Place in Kegworth.

We are told that Charles Crane aquired the property in 1875.
