Hello Jane. I'm doing a one-name study of the Pidcock family. I have several Pidcock families who lived near to Hoyland, at Attercliffe, Ecclesfield and Handsworth. I also have families in Darley Dale and Toadhole. However I have not traced any of these Yorkshire families back to Toadhole and would be very grateful for any information you could send me that would link the branches together. I'm aiming to link as many Pidcock branches together as is possible.
By the way, which Swanick is it, near Alfreton and Sommercoates, or down near Southampton?
Email me at home if it is more convenient.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Margaret Pidcock-Burns
