You might try looking in the Hinshaw's volumes on Quaker genealogy. I am descended from a Hannah Pidgeon, b.1774 d. 1823 in Columbiana Co.,Ohio.
She was the grandaughter of Charles Pidgeon, daughter of William and Rachel Everette Pidgeon. There were several male siblings that I have not traced but many of them migrated from Virginia to Ohio and probably other states around there (Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois and landf became available. Some of these families helped start Quaker Monthly Meetings and others left the Quaker faith. But it may be a start.
Also the surname Howell is often seen in the Quaker genealogies.I am also descended from a Howell from Delaware in the early 1700s on a different line.My Howell ancestor was not a Quaker, but some of her siblings became Quakers.
