If you are looking for Pieper's in and around the Seward Co. area you might also have to check the historical records for Malcolm, Lancaster Co, Ne. This is a small town about 15 east of Seward. The school is to new for research but they may have some of the records of the one which was destroyed when the state built Branch Oak Lake on top of the town (Elk Slough I believe)which was north of there. I am currently working on finding more information on the Pieper's from that area as my grandmother (Mildred Pieper) lived around Malcom until about two years ago.
