My husband's uncle is named Fred Peeper and lived in Arlington, Fayette Co., IA and later in Apache Junction,AZ (after he retired). He passed away several years ago, but I don't know anything about his family. Just thought I would drop you a line; the name is spelled differently, but it might be the same family. Uncle Fred was probably born around the turn of the century
