I sure would like to jump in here. Need to keep this site alive.

My mother is Patsy Burns Pieratt, directly from Valentin by way of John, John Jr, Asa and William Harvey Pieratt. I started gathering info on her side in 1990. I have lots...from Sydney Keys and Peggy Bell.

Sydney Keys, his mother was Naomi Pieratt, send me the original reseach back to Dominique, 1680 in France. I have all of that in my database and would love to share with you.

I took a trip in 1994 to Ezel Kentucky to see many of the Pieratt grave sites. I found Ivy Mountain, where John Jr was killed in 1862, fighting for the Confederacy. I also found one of the Pieratt's cabins from the 1850's in Owingsville, Kentucky. I have pictures of all of that and will share.

It is great to see Pieratt activity again, I have been away from it for about 3 years.
