William Stewart who married Anna Pierpont is my line. He is the son of Robert Stewart and Catherine Foster. Anna is the daughter of Zacquill Pierpont and Dorcas Ridgway. I know of no connection to your Joseph W. Stewart, but there may be one.
Francis PIERPONT married Isabel STEWART 28 Apr 1841 by: Peter T. Laisley
I believe this Isabel Stewart is the sister of my William Stewart and I think she married Francis Pierpont as his second wife. His first wife was Catherine Weaver who died
March 29, 1839.
