Quite a bit of Pierpont Family genealogy is documented on www.sas.upenn.edu. You can type in the word Pierpont in search field and the first result is the Genealogy file - a bit hard to follow the numbering system in the file when you are new to genealogy searches like I am. Wilfred Ellis Pierpont III is listed marrying Victoria Farnell Benjamin with the only child shown as Wilfred Ellis Pierport IV born in NYC in 1952. Wilfred III was in WW2 & Korea according to the website.
Wilfred Ellis Pierpont sr was the chair for the founding committee of the Pierpont Family Association. He was the younger brother of my great grandfather Edwin J. Pierpont.
There may be other information in the annual Pierpont gathering minutes which can be found on the same website.
