Hello,
My great-grandfather was Palmer Jean Pierre, or so I am told.... He was in the United States Navy during World War II, and he was killed on a ship during the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He met my great- grandmother in Louisiana, and they conceived a son, Palmer J Johnson. They never married, but were planning on it. Although my granfather has attempted to become aquainted with his Canadian family, he was sent away because he was blamed for their son's death. Palmer Jean Pierre was serving in the military to marry my great grandmother, but he was killed in action. I would like to know my family. Please if anyone has any information on this contact me.... I think the family was from either Quebec or Ontario... The situation is a hush hush thing, and no one mentions it or answers my questions. I will have to find them on my own....
