I am researching the family tree. My maiden name is PIERRE, so it is especially of importance to me that I get it right!
I am particulary looking at the 1st name of Alexandre, but the name of Cesar comes up too! Your name seems to be the other way round to how I am looking, but who knows? They very often used their middle names!!
The family seemed to have come from France originally, but also seemed to migrate to Jersey, St. Helier before moving on to various parts of England.
I don't suppose you could help me with my mission? I am stuck because of the fact that my grandfather died before my dad was born! But, my Gran who died just a couple of yrs ago has left me with many postcards to help me on my quest! There are photos too, and they are helping me sort out my problems.....some are of the family.....others seem to be of the 1st world war!!
Please can you get back in touch, because I am having so much trouble sorting this one?
Hope to hear from you soon,
Best wishes,
