This is not the negro ancestry associated with my line. Sylvester Pierre b 1795 in Chalmette and was with the colored troops during the battle of N.O. 1812. You have Mary Ann born 1755 and having Alexander in 1823??? My Mary Ann is the daughter of Gustave Buster Martin Pierre s/o Sylvester. All from St Bernard Parish, St Tammany, Tangipahoa and Livingston. Thanks for the info.
