Pietrass may also have come from Italy? Pietrassanta (Saint Pietras)?

Curious, after reading the previous posts I'm a little confused. I always thought this name came from Italy but if there's a town in whats now called Poland (formerly Prussia) with our name, then I don't know what to think. Any ideas?
