Pilchers in Tilmanstone, Kent; 1600s and 1700s

In reviewing the parish registers of Tilmanstone, I have found a great number of Pilchers. Some I can tie together, but many I can't. Does anyone have any knowledge of the three Clement Pilchers that were in Tilmanstone before 1700? One was married to Dorothy ?, one to Mary ?, and to jane ?

I am descended from Ann Pilcher, daughter of Nicholas Pilcher. Ann married Edward Carlton.

I have a lot of Pilcher baptisms, marriages and burials, but I am having trouble "connecting the dots". Any help of clues would be appreciated.
