Conrad Piles: Orange County, NC

I received the following information from a professional genealogist who knew of a book in the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She wrote:

First thing I did was check the Pyles/Piles of America book and sure enough your Conrad was in there. The author said an Aaron E. Pyles contacted him after learning he was compiling a book and offered info on Conrad, then also mentioned he had published a book and sent this author a copy, so this author said, being that it was lengthy, he couldn't publish the whole thing, so just quoted relevant details. Learning of this other book, I checked to see if the library had a copy and indeed they did.
