I'm sorry its not Salthia....he was a Thompson not a Pyle. I aked my Mother to take a look to see if there is any info that would be helpful to you. She also said the Pyles were from England and Thompson's were from Ireland. The Bible is very old and has a lot of names hand written in it. It has been passed down.
