Pillard not French

I had my mtDNA done and as it turns out Cathrine Pillard is not only my ancestor but the exact match of two other people who had their dna done. We all have native blood and it is thought Catherine is native born not french.
According to: Johan who has helped us allsays:
Now that you all have your lines completed... the proper entry to make would be Catherine Plat dit Pillard in Quebec or Montreal, Qc... though we don't know in which village she was born, she was baptised in Montreal when she was 5 months old... and she was also confirmed in Montreal in 1664... and married in Montreal in 1665...

I'm still working on the name of the mother and will be contacting some Native friends to see if one of them can help figure out the proper spelling, the handwritting on the baptismal record is messy for that one and there are some letters that we cannot properly make out, the transcription the PRDH did for the name do not seem correct either base on what I know of Native names...

I just thought you might be interested.
