Jane was the widow of Claiborne Pillow and the children were hers. Lucy was an unmarried sister of Clairborne who was apparently living with Jane and the children.

Clairborne and Jane Chambers were married on 21 Sep 1815 in Maury County.

Claiborne and Lucy were among the eleven children of William Pillow and Milly Dearing (actually, Milly may not have been the mother of all the children). William was the son of Jasper PILLOW, brother of John and Jasper Jr.

My line is through Emily, youngest daughter of William and Milly who married Hugh A. McMackin.
