Todd:

The correct name is Jerome Gray Pillow, he was the brother of my Grandfather James Hargraves Pillow. He did serve as Military Attache to Italy and Albania after WW1. He served in France during WW1 and wrote the battle plan for the Second Battle of the Marne for which he received several medals. I have those as well as many other of his items.
