Pilley's/Pillow from Beaufort County,NC

I was interested if anyone had info. on the Beaufort County, NC Pilley/Pillow family. I am a Younger researcher and found two Pilley names in a sale of property of Gilbert Younger who died in 1803. The names were Thomas and William Pilley. I believe one of them is in the 1800 Beaufort County,NC census. Along with the Pilley's at the sale were a Woolard family and a Gurganus family. Some of these two families were also in Tyrell County,NC and Perquiman,NC.I found that they down the road in the late 1800 both families married Pilleys. A John Woolard m. Elizabeth Vines in 1720. I have also seen a marriage between Elizabeth Vines and Thomas Pilley(but no dates)? There was probably an earlier connection I don't know about. Another Younger researcher from another line said her female ancestor had possibly married into the Woolards in Maury County, TN. I have also seen Pillows there. A Frederick E. Pilley(?) m. a Nancy Jane Goolsby b. March 1891 in Texas. That Goolsby family has some connection to my Youngers through the Tiller family. The Goolsby's were in Amhurst,Va and then went to Ogelthorpe, GA and some to Texas. Any help appreciated.
