I have only just discovered this site. I have a wealth of genealogical material - particularly about Pims but including Bewleys, Clibborns and some other, mainly Quaker, families. This has been passed on to me by my father, Francis Bewley Pim (b 1912) who collated material collected previously by Thomas Henry Webb in the first decade of the 20th C, also including work carried out by John Pim (1835-1923)- my great-grandfather - and Albert Frederick Pim (1874-1942) - my grandfather. My father published this privately in 1991 and a good many copies have gone out to people researching Pim genealogy. Unfortunately, as I am not yet retired (b 1944)I have not had time to carry on working on it. Not long now though.....
However, it has 10 sections, as follows:
1 Early Days in Leicestershire and Ireland 2a Moses Pim and his descendants in Ireland 2b Moses Pim and his descendants in America 3a Tobias Pim and his descendants by his eldest son James (our Section) 3b Tobias Pim's other children and their descendants 4 John Pim (1681-1752) and his descendants 5 Thomas Pim (1684-1769) and his descendants 6 Joshua Pim (1686-1749) and his descendants 7 The Pim family in Canada and their ancestors from Sussex 8 Admiral Pim and his relatives from Devon.
Thomas Henry Webb's original work formed the main substance of a Pim "Pedigree" which I have. This also includes photographs, letters and 50-60 silhouettes of Pim and Clibborn family members - many of the former by the famous French silhouettist, Auguste Edouart.
If you think I may have information which would be of help to you, I'll be happy to have a go.
