Lisa Marie

See my recent posting on the Pim Genealogy Forum. I think my Dad's genealogy has some relevant information for you.

Your father, Wayne, was born in 1941. His father, Ernest, was born in 1913 and married Mary Allen in 1934. Ernest was the youngest of 7 children (2 girls, 5 boys) of James Edward Pim (1871-1944) and Lucy, nee Wright (1870-1955). His father was John Pim (10.7.1844-20.1.1916) who married Elizabeth Emma Binstead (25.7.1846-8.11.1922). His father was Henry Pim (baptised - no DOB - 6.9.1811) married to Winifred, daughter of Edward Carter, on 7.12.1835. He, with his family, moved to Canada in 1854 or 1855. His father was James Pim (baptised 29.9.1777 d 1862) Paper-maker and Miller of Lindfield in Sussex in England. He married Elizabeth (no surname) - b about 1784 d 8.10.1849 and buried at Lindfield, Sussex. He was one of 6 children (3 boys, 3 girls) of Richard Pim. He was a Paper-maker of Lindfield but, unfortunately, we do not have his dates of birth or death or the name of his wife. My dad has some other rather speculative stuff about Richard Pim's ancestors who came from Lindfield and Crowhurst, also in Sussex, England.

I hope that you will find this information interesting and useful to you. I do also have information about various siblings of those mentioned above if you would like to have that.

Good luck in your searches.
