I'm not related to the Pims. The Dictionary of Irish Biography is preparing biographies of important people, and I've researched quite a few of the Quakers. I've just been working on John and Joseph Pim, and their sister Sarah Pim, later Grubb; I think I said Mary in my original posting. She ran the Grubb mills in Clonmel.
I found John Joseph Pim, the eloper, by chance when I searched in the online copy of the London Times for Joseph Pim. John Joseph must be a nephew or great nephew, one would think; it would be interesting to include him in my article on the senior PIms, but I can't unless I know the exact relationship.
