Pimenta Family with history in Hawaii

Looking for information about, or descendents of, Perpetua (aka Propeita)Silva who was born on Madeira, and migrated to Hawaii as girl in the 1880's. She married Joseph Pimenta [also known as Pimento] in Hawaii about 1900. Perpetua and Joseph had several children: son Manuel was born about 1902, and daughter Carrie [Caroline?] was born about 1905. There may have been other children. The 1930 census shows Joseph and Perpetua living in Aiea with an adopted child named William whose ethnicity was thought to be Filipino. Their natural children were not recorded when the census was taken and were likely married and living away from their parents. I've been unable to find information about any of these people or their descendents after 1930.

Thanks for contacting me if you have information or interest.
