Hi, this is just to let you know that my line goes on for 4 more generations.

My 4th Great Grandparents Ignace Pinard (Jean Baptiste Pinard & Antoine-Marie-Antoinette Proulx) married his 2nd cousin Marie-Claire Pinard-dit-Beauchemin-Raiche (Jean-Baptiste Pinard-dit-Beauchemin-Raiche & Marie-Agathe Lupien-dit-Baron).

Note that the fathers of this couple were both named Jean Baptiste and that they were 1st cousins.

Ignace and Claire’s son Jean Baptiste is my 3rd Great Grandfather and his daughter Domithilde/Mathilde Pinard (that married Ludger-Philippe Fafard-dit-Longval) ended the surname for me in 1853 when they got married. I have a picture of this couple and their daughter Marie-Mathilde-Philomene Fafard-dit-Longval my Great Grandmother.

If your line follows mine, I may have more notes to share. Janet
