Renee,
I read your email about Theophilus Pinder and you said you were on Long Island right now. Do you live there?
I have done research on my Pinder line for years and still am at a stand still.
I am looking for a connection between Ridley Pinder and Long Island. Do you have a Ridley in your line.?
I visited Cherokee Sd, where my Pinders ended up and a gentlemen told me there were two Pinder lines at Cherokee and one was from long Island and his g-g-g-grandfather was Ridley Pinder. There are so many Ridleys its hard to keep up with but was hoping you may have an answer for me.
There was a Ridley Pinder b. l803 and he had a son Ridley b. l823. I believe this is my line. The first Ridley had a land grant above cherokee and all his sons had land grants at cherokee.
I have more information from the gentlemen on his line that came from Long Island if you think we can make a connection.
