Peggy
I don't have any info to offer about any specific branch of the Pinder family at this time, but I was researching Bahamian names on this website, and saw all of your input, and thought I should touch bases with you. My great grandmother was Charlotte Pinder, whose family came from Cherokee Sound. My mother's family came from the Wyannie Malone line, and I have all the records on this large family, and will be happy to help anybody searching for their Bahamian roots as much as I can. As far as I know, the Spanish Wells Pinders are closely related to their namesakes from Cherokee, due to a curious fact of geography, but the Long Island Pinders {who settled in Riviera Beach about 1908] were a different line. I live on Abaco. My email is oudi14@hotmail.com
