Hi Jeanne
Thank you for your response, we live in Melbourne and still have a lot of relatives in Bendigo, since I sent the last email I have been doing more research and have come across a Mary Pinder, who come out on the 1st fleet in 1788 as a convict, some mention has been made of this. She arrived on the "Prince of Wales" ship at the age of 21, they say she died the 12th October 1817. Do you think that she could be Henry's mother. she was convicted on the 13th January 1787.

Regards

Laurie
