Hi,

He was born 1857 in Boston, Lincolnshire to John Chapman and Ann Elizabeth Pask. Her mum and dad where John Pask and Mary Pinder, so it comes from his mum's family. Thomas's family moved to Yorkshire and then Liverpool. He emigrated to Australia, but I don't have dates yet. Family rumour has him as making money over there and possibly involved in a flour mill, as his family were master millers. One of his sisters, Lizzie Ann, also emigrated to Australia and another one, Mary Alberta, went to Canada.
