This is SO interesting! I also have a Benjamin Pine (actually Benjamin Franklin Pine) b. abt 1814. Marriage record of Gloucester Co., shows him "of Evesham". He married Priscilla Ann Smith (daughter of Isaac Smith) on 25 Jan 1838. 1850 census has him in Salem, NJ with his father, also Benjamin age 74 (thus b. about 1776). By 1860 they were in Chicago, Ill. By the mid 1870s, they were in Boulder, CO, where he was in mining. Benjamin and Priscilla both died there in 1880. Would love to know more info about Benjamin Franklin Pine's parents, and more info about his family. He had at least one brother, Charles, who was a US Marshall, appointed by President Buchanan. Any help?
