My understanding is that Andrew married a Sarah Mead (b. 1807) on 28 Sept 1839 in Springfield, OH and had children Thomas 1845, Mary 1843, and Andrew 1840. Sarah filed a petition for pension benefits after 1878 for action her husband saw in the War of 1812 under the command of Capt. John Pinneo, Vermont Regiment. She states in it her maiden name as Mead and her husband's death date and their marriage date. This doesn't mean he didn't marry someone named Sarah Olliver, of course, and I've seen that reference too, but nothing more on her. Hope this helps.
