To the best of my knowledge there is no connections to native Americans by the Pineos except for an unconfirmed rumor that one married a Chippewa in Minnesota. Your Amanda's line goes back through Harmon 6, Isaac 5, Stephen 4, Rev. John 3, Peter 2 Pineo, James 1 Pinneo.
