I am interested in the Cherokee files on Pinion. My great grandfather's name was James Pinion (not sure of spelling. He was married to Bonita Hassaway Benton from Indian Trail North Carolina, Union county. James and Bonita's children were Guy, Ahn (or Ohn) May, Lem, James, Cassie, Beddie, Beulah (my grand mother) and Perry. James died around 1914 and was burried in Union Co. Bonita lived with sons Perry and Jin in China Grove until she died around 1955. Beulah is 95 an living Cabarras Co NC. I was always told wonderful Indian tails. Is it possible to receive a copy of the files.
