Speaking of wrong: How can you possibly think that MALINDA PINION listed on the 1870 census is the same person as MARTHA Malissa Pinion that married Joseph Chitwood??????
The item very plainly states "Martha Malissa Pinion Chitwood, may have named her daughter Martha after herself and Malinda for her mother making a Martha Malinda Chitwood"
Again I say it states Martha Malissa is the daughter and probable mother Malinda.
How would Martha Malissa Pinion Chitwood mar 1853 have a son age 21 in 1870???????
