I was searching to try and start some sort of family tree and came across this message. I noticed it was dated 1999, so this may be too little, too late. It isn't much, anyway.
My grandmother on my fathers side was a Pinkard before marrying a Clarence Williams. Her mother's name was Lola Mae Pinkard. Not sure of the father's name. They (my grandmother)lived in Langdale, Alabama, which is now Valley, Alabama. It is in Chambers County. I beleive that the Pinkards lived in LaFayette, also Chambers County. Sorry, that's about it. If I find out more, I'll e-mail here.
