I suspect the Pinkards you are looking for are from the little town of CALLAO in Northumberland Co., Va. There are also Pinkards in Lancaster and Richmond counties. I am also interested in that area of Virginia'a Northern Neck, esp. info on Andrew Judson Pinkard and his brother Asa. Good luck!
