Thank you for your reply. I have gone to the census records- they only list head of house by name- the rest in the family are only listed as to how many in the family by age group. I do not know when he arrived or if he arrived with family or single. He would have arrived in America in the early 1800's. I will try the library for the ship passenger lists. If you do happen to remember the name of the book you mentioned, please drop me a line here and let me know. I certainly appreciate your time to help me. Good luck in your searches~
