Handy Pinkerton/ Iowa/Michigan

Handy A. Pinkrton, who served with the Union Army during the Civil War will be receiving a new Government Issued headstone soon.

Handy lived in Iowa when he joined the Army but moved back to Michigan,where he was born, after the war.

He is buried at the Higbee Cemetery, Orleans Township, Ionia County, Michigan.
