So here is some info I have gathered...
Nancy Pinkham
was the daughter of (per History of the Town of Durham, NH)Isaac Pinkham and Polly (another source says Mary) Chesley. They were married 11-3-1792 and came from Durham, NH and maybe moved to Boothbay, Maine and then Saco
Polly Chesley
was the daughter of Capt. Jonathan Chesley 1748-1826 and Elizabeth Emerson {Barnstead, NH}
Nancy may have had a brother Alfred Sawyer Pinkham
Anyone verify, add or delete?
