Hello, I do apologize for being So long in checking this post and replying back to you. I thank you very much for this info but it only leads to More questions...Who were Eldridge Sr's. Parents? Is it Elbridge or Eldridge?
Okay, this is what I have. In the 1880 Lisbon, Androscoggin Co., Maine Census, there is an Eldridge (spelled that way) G. Pinkham listed as a Clerk in a store who is 20 yrs. old. His is single and listed as being born in Maine.
He is living with an Albert T. BIBBER family. Albert is listed as a Dry Good Merchant, age 53 yrs. old also born in Maine as were both of his parents. His wife ANN M. Bibber is 53 yrs. old and a housekeeper. Their son Jedediah P. Bibber is age 15 yrs. old born in Maine and attending school. So, I think I can safely figure that this Eldridge G. Pinkham is the one who was born in 1860 as you said and in 1898 married Pamelia Ann Brown.
Do you know who the Elbridge Sr's. parents are, as I don't have that info either.
I have Many connections to the Bibber's who also came from Harpswell so this is of particular interest to me as there are many Pinkham's in my family through various Harpswell connections.
Thank you for any info you might share.
